KAILASA’s Department of Agriculture strives to provide effective policies based on Hindu scriptures (Vedas and Agamas) on food, agriculture, rural development, and effective management systems. We envision to provide economic opportunity through innovation, agriculture production and preserve natural resources through conservation and sustainable environmental practices to promote the economic and social well-being and self-reliance of the rural community and deliver best services to our citizens in a cost-effective way.

What we do
Our Vision
We envision to provide conscious sovereignty through food and sustainable agricultural practices to all citizens of KAILASA in accordance with the Hindu Pākaśāstra, the science of cooking revealed by Paramashiva specializing in cooking, crop cultivation, efficient storage, effective food supply chain management, preparation and serving of food. We ensure to provide special emphasis on Vedic farming methodologies and bringing compliance to Food and Nutrition Standards to our citizens.
Our Responsibilities
- KDA shall ensure the cultivation of the essential agricultural resources in all de-facto embassies of KAILASA without the use of artificial fertilizers and chemicals and heed to the organic method of cultivating as described in the Veda-Āgamas.
- It is the utmost priority of KDA to develop a new hunger-free world in compliance with the time-tested Ved-Āgamaic principle revealed by Paramashiva.
- KAILASA’s Department of Agriculture devices policies that are aimed to tackle the challenge of food loss & food insecurity and reshape the food systems to be organic and environmentally friendly by reevaluating our food choices in order to address the current crises and prevent one from occurring and reassert our commitment to working in symbiosis to overcome these emerging challenges and free planet Earth from hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.
- KAILASA’s Department of Agriculture raises awareness of the significance of the Pakashastra through its International humanitarian agencies to initiate dialogs and draft food policies that are beneficial for all to live enlightenment.
- The Departments activities range from distributing consecrated food, performing and promoting its associated spiritual practices in temples, communities, events and other occasions, to promoting and popularizing spiritual, sattvik and vegetarian food through service and any other activity designed to further its purpose.
- The trained peacekeepers of KAILASA promote traditional, Vedic, sattvic vegetarian food and its benefits through various conclaves, summits, international conferences and other educational initiatives.
- KDA further organizes several schemes to eliminate malnutrition and the prevalence of disease due to the meat-based chemical diet.
- KDA shall capture and record history in the making, to enrich the future generations to continue the legacy of KAILASA’s Nithyananda Annalaya in the mission to eradicate world hunger.

Key Departmental Initiatives
Vegetarian Diet
KDA operates with the core belief of Sanatana Hindu Dharma that the divine exists in all living beings, both human and non-human, and Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, the whole world is one family. Keeping this principle at the forefront, the Vegetarian lifestyle is practiced and followed in all embassies of KAILASA.
High-Density Farming
Density Farming planting at a density over that which gives maximum crop yield as means of self-provisioning and increasing the efficiency of the resources. Adoption of these techniques revive the tradition of Sustainable Agriculture and introduce its benefits to make a green, healthy, safe and clean oxygen-rich planet for the future generations.
Vertical Gardening
Vertical Gardening is a technique implemented in the de facto embassies of KAILASA to cultivate and nourish vegetation on a vertically suspended panel by using hydroponics. Vertical Gardening provides natural filtration of air, providing pure and fresh air as well as creating a sustainable ecosystem.
Herb Garden
KDA intends to spread the ancient knowledge of herb remedies through the Herb Garden initiative. KDA has enabled the commencement of the herbal garden project in various de facto embassies of KAILASA.
Organic Farming
KDA in collaboration with ShriKailasa Uniting Nations for Ethical Environmentalism has adopted and implemented techniques of Sustainable Agriculture. Organic Farming is widely practiced in various de facto embassies of KAILASA.
Sustainable Agriculture
KDA aims to conserve ecologies and biodiversity ecosystems at a global level through sustainable agricultural practices as specified in the Ved-Āgamas.
